Supported by officers the leadership team provides spiritual mentorship, administration, and practical care within each assembly. Presiding Elders oversee local congregations in key cities, ensuring that each assembly thrives as a welcoming, Spirit-led community. National Head COP Poland

Probationary Overseer Tafadzwa Mangena is a devoted servant of God, distinguished by his
integrity, humility, and unwavering commitment to the work of the Lord within the Church of
Pentecost Poland. He is a loving husband to Mrs. Kimberly Mangena, and together they lead a
Christ-centred life devoted to service, faith, and excellence in ministry.
A Civil Engineer by profession, Overseer Mangena also holds a Diploma in Full Stack Software
Development with a focus on Predictive Analytics. His theological studies have further
deepened his understanding of Scripture and equipped him with the wisdom and spiritual
maturity required for effective leadership and pastoral care.
He has a profound passion for the Media Ministry, which he regards as a vital tool for advancing
the Kingdom of God and promoting the image of the Church with dignity and excellence. His
meticulous approach, creativity, and pursuit of high standards reflect his desire to see the work
of God executed with honour and precision.
Through his exemplary character, disciplined lifestyle, and steadfast faith, Probationary

Wife of National Head COP Poland

Mrs. Kimberly Mangena, fondly known as Lady Kim, is the beloved wife of Probationary
Overseer Tafadzwa Mangena and serves faithfully alongside him within the Church of
Pentecost Poland. Together, they lead a Christ-centered life devoted to advancing God’s
Kingdom and nurturing the spiritual growth of His people.
An accomplished professional, Lady Kim holds a degree in Engineering Management,
specializing in Production Engineering. Her academic and professional background reflects her
diligence, excellence, and commitment to purposeful service, qualities that she also brings into
her ministry and personal life.
Lady Kim is known for her gentle spirit, unwavering faith, and deep compassion for others. A
woman of grace and humility, she radiates warmth and kindness, touching the lives of many
through her words of encouragement, prayer, and service.
A passionate supporter of ministry work, Lady Kim plays a vital role in empowering women
and young believers to grow in faith and purpose. She believes in leading by example,
